Manu reveals first photos of Close Up Gen 4

The main changes are decks, trucks and top bushing

trucks :as oldshool fbers knows close up was the first company to produce single axled trucks and bases without stiking out kingpins , now the new trucks have wide hangers and a new top bushing which is cone-shaped. All the trucks are printed  and will be available in blue, black, red and grey (color combo is just on my own set up)

Decks are the same shape as the close up G3, these new ones are 2 mm wider (27mm), co brandings with a lot of brands are coming , with 30 new graphics (here is the white Antiz angel )

Griptape and riptape are included in the kit , everybody is making his own choice these are both printed.

LFB tour 2011: Part 2

After a somehow weird ride on the bus to Jakarta where a baby was staring at me like a gambler who has just won the jackpot, I got off at a famous mall, called Blok-M mall and had an appointment with Muhammad Erlangga was kind enough to come find me after I had my way with a KFC Fried Chicken/Rice/Ketchup combo, it may sound ordinary but oh it's not, in so many ways...

After we got to the Deadboy Limited skateshop where Hendra caps and other guys were having a fb session,  Introductions and greetings took place followed by a couple of freesessions and Skate games seasoned with some nice rock beats from the shop, Hendra was kind enough to hook me up with a brand new Nut deck, his pro model and I gotta say, it's been performing pretty well overall, nice wide deck with foam tape, the holes fits the trucks nicely and the mellow concave/wide trucks add to some nice pop, I recommend it to any fingerboarder looking for a solid deck/reasonable price and the graphic's quality is honestly one of the best I've seen in my decade in the scene.

Overall it was a great experience, met a bunch of skilled Indonesian fingerboarders and got to ride one of their decks so on behalf of LFB, I'd like to thank everyone that has made it possible and see you guys in the near future!
